Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Zantara ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zantara digital marketplace platform, including our mobile applications, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Zantara digital marketplace, including mobile applications and web services.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
  • "Buyer" refers to a User who purchases products or services through the Platform.
  • "Seller" refers to a User who lists and sells products or services through the Platform.
  • "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the Platform.
  • "Content" refers to all text, images, descriptions, reviews, and other materials uploaded to the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Marketplace Services

4.1 Platform Role

Zantara operates as a digital marketplace platform that connects Buyers and Sellers. We provide the technology and infrastructure to facilitate transactions but are not a party to the transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

4.2 Product Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Zantara does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed on the Platform.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

All transactions are conducted between the Buyer and Seller. Zantara facilitates payment processing and provides dispute resolution mechanisms but is not liable for the obligations of either party in a transaction.

5. Buyer Terms

5.1 Purchasing

When you place an order on the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase from the Seller. The order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway.

5.2 Payment

All payments are processed through our integrated payment gateway. You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges. Payment methods available may include bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods as provided.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Once your payment is verified by our backend system, the order is confirmed and forwarded to the Seller for processing and fulfillment.

6. Seller Terms

6.1 Seller Registration

To sell on Zantara, you must complete the seller verification process, which includes providing your phone number and any other required business information.

6.2 Product Standards

Sellers must ensure that all products listed on the Platform:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Are accurately described with truthful information
  • Do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Are not prohibited, illegal, or restricted items

6.3 Order Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for processing confirmed orders in a timely manner, providing accurate shipping information, and ensuring products are delivered as described.

6.4 Seller Fees

Sellers may be subject to service fees, commissions, or transaction fees as outlined in the Seller Agreement. Fee schedules may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

7. Payment Processing

7.1 Payment Flow

The payment flow on Zantara follows this process:

  1. Buyer places an order and selects a payment method
  2. Buyer completes payment through the integrated payment gateway
  3. Zantara backend verifies the payment status via callback
  4. Upon successful verification, the order is confirmed and the Seller is notified

7.2 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Zantara does not store your complete payment credentials on our servers.

7.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations
  • Sell counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items
  • Manipulate product reviews, ratings, or feedback
  • Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security features
  • Engage in price manipulation or deceptive practices
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent
  • Circumvent the Platform's payment system

9. Intellectual Property

The Zantara platform, including its design, logos, software, and content created by us, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Buyer-Seller Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a Buyer and Seller, we encourage both parties to first attempt to resolve the matter directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, Zantara provides a dispute resolution mechanism through our support system.

10.2 Platform Decisions

Zantara reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes, including but not limited to refund determinations, based on available evidence and our policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zantara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Zantara's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Zantara in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that are harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
